Print your application and return it by email to employment@ci.northfield.mn.us, fax to 507-645-3075, US Mail or in person to 801 Washington Street, Northfield MN 55057. All applications must be received in the Human Resources office by the end of business on the application deadline date.

Selection


Each job posting includes the duties of the position and minimum qualifications. Each application will be carefully reviewed and evaluated. Veteran's preference will be awarded if applicable. If appropriate, testing may be required, and top candidates will be selected to proceed to an interview.

Offers of Employment


Offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation, which could include, but are not limited to:
  • Criminal background check
  • Driving record check
  • Drug Test
  • Verification of employment history, education and references
