The City of Northfield’s Housing & Redevelopment Division works to ensure that an array of housing choices exist to meet the needs of Northfield’s current residents and to attract new residents to the city. The division provides financing and administers programs for housing development and preservation of affordable and mixed-income rental and ownership housing.
