The City of Northfield Downtown Preservation Design Guidelines document was prepared in August 2004 for the Heritage Preservation Commission. The publication provides building preservation and rehabilitation information for property owners within the downtown Northfield Historic District. The document has been divided into sections for easier access over Internet connections.
