Ways To Pay Your Utility Bill
There are several ways to pay your city utility bill. 
Choose the method that is most convenient for you!

Cash
You may pay your bill with cash in person at City Hall. Please do not send cash through the mail.

Check or Money Order
You may pay your utility bill with a check or money order either in person at City Hall or by mailing to:

Automatic Payment Plan (ACH)
You may elect to enroll in the automatic bill payment plan.  The plan allows your utility bill to be paid from your checking account automatically - no checks to write, no postage to buy, no late payments.  It's free, fast, and completely hassle-free.  In order to enroll, you must submit the Automatic Payment Plan Authorization Form, and include a voided check (for checking accounts) or deposit slip (for savings accounts).
