Phase 1 - Superior Drive to Huron Court
Utility crews completed the remaining sanitary sewer, watermain, and storm sewer installations on Phase 1 this week. Utility crews also worked on culvert installations on Phase 1 this week.

Next week, grading crews will be on-site later in the week to begin grading the new road base on Phase 1, starting on the south end by Superior Drive and working their way north towards Michigan Drive.

Phase 2 - Huron Court to the North Project Boundary
No work was completed on Phase 2 this week, however work is scheduled to begin next week on Phase 2.  Grading crews will be on-site Monday building a temporary access road for Huron Court.  Crews will utilize the empty lot on the south side of Huron Court adjacent to Spring Creek Road for access to and from Huron Court.  This access will require all Huron Court residents to access Huron Court via Michigan Drive/Spring Creek Road.  Access to Woodley Street via Spring Creek Road will not be open during this phase of Construction.  This temporary access will be open for use starting Tuesday June 25, 2019.

Utility crews are expected to be on-site Tuesday June 25, 2019 to begin sanitary sewer and watermain installations on Phase 2.  Crews will be working in the Huron Court/Spring Creek Road intersection, and then working north toward Woodley Street.  Utility crews expect to complete all of the utility installations on Phase 2 by the end of next week.  Once utility installations are complete, normal Huron Court access will be restored.  City Staff will be dropping off a letter and illustration to all Huron Court residents today detailing the temporary access.
